1. Organizer and co-organizer

The Organizer and the Co-Organizer together hereinafter referred to as the "Co-Organizers".

2. Introductory provisions

2.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in connection with participation in the Concours d'Elegance Luhačovice 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").

2.2. By registering for the Event and paying the participation fee, a contractual relationship arises between the participant and the Co-Organizers, which includes these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration and participation fee

3.1. Registration for the Event takes place via an electronic form located on the Organizer's website.

3.2. The participation fee is payable by bank transfer to the Co-Organizer's account, no later than the deadline specified in the application confirmation.

3.3. The application becomes effective only after the participation fee has been credited to the Co-Organizer's account.

3.4. The amount of the participation fee and the scope of services included in participation in the Event are listed on the Organizer's website.

3.5. The participation fee does not include accommodation, breakfast, dinner or parking of historic vehicles. These services must be ordered and paid for separately from the company. Spa Luhacovice as

3.6. The co-organizers reserve the right to reject an application if the vehicle does not correspond to the nature of the Event or for another serious reason.

4. Cancellation policy

4.1. The Participant is entitled to cancel his/her participation in the Event only in writing (by e-mail or letter delivered to the Organizer).

4.2. In case of cancellation of participation more than 60 days before the start of the Event The Co-Organizers will return 90% of the paid participation fee to the participant.

4.3. In case of cancellation of participation more than 30 days, but no later than 60 days before the start of the Event The Co-Organizers will return 70% of the paid participation fee to the participant.

4.4. In case of cancellation of participation more than 14 days, but no later than 30 days before the start of the Event The Co-Organizers will return 50 % of the paid participation fee to the participant.

4.5. In case of cancellation of participation less than 14 days before the start of the Event The participation fee is forfeited to the Co-Organizers and the participant is not entitled to a refund.

4.6. In the event of cancellation of the Event by the Co-Organizers, the participant will be refunded 100 % of the paid participation fee. The participant is not entitled to compensation for other costs (accommodation, travel, meals).

5. Conditions of participation

5.1. The participant is obliged to meet the following conditions:

• be the holder of a valid driving license,
• participate in the Event only with a vehicle technically suitable for operation on public roads,
• have valid third party liability insurance for the vehicle.

5.2. The participant undertakes:

• comply with the road traffic rules valid in the Czech Republic,
• respect the instructions of the Co-Organizers and their authorized persons,
• behave in accordance with the principles of sporting honesty and fair play,
• prevent damage and, if it occurs, contribute to its minimization.

6. Accommodation conditions

6.1. Price validity and stay period
All prices listed for accommodation apply to stays during the period June 3-7, 2026 (4 nights). After prior arrangement with the hotel, it is possible to extend the stay in Luhačovice according to the guests' interests.

6.2. Reservation and promo code
After registering to participate, you will be sent promo code, which will allow you to book accommodation at the prices listed. This code must be used when ordering.

6.3. Payment and deposit
Required to confirm reservation deposit of 20 % from the total accommodation price. The remaining part of the price must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.

6.4. Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following table:

• more than 28 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price
• 27–7 days before departure: 70 % of the total price
• 6–0 days before arrival: 100 % of the total price

7. Responsibility

7.1. The Participant participates in the Event at his/her own risk and responsibility.

7.2. The participant is solely liable for any damage caused by the participant to third parties.

7.3. The Co-organizers are not liable for any damage to the health, property or vehicles of the participants or their companions, unless they were caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the Co-organizers.

7.4. The co-organizers are not liable for damages caused by other participants in the Event.

8. Program changes and cancellations of the Event

8.1. The organizer reserves the right to change the Event program, especially due to force majeure, adverse weather, technical, organizational or operational circumstances, or if it is not possible to ensure some planned parts of the program according to the original intention.

8.2. The organizer is entitled to modify the program, change the location or time of individual parts of the Event, or replace the planned activities with other comparable program items.

8.3. In the event of a complete cancellation of the Event by the Organizer, the participant is only entitled to a refund of the participation fee in accordance with Article 4.6 of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy and consent to records

9.1. The co-organizers process the personal data of participants in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the personal data protection principles available on the Organizer's website.

9.2. The Participant agrees to the taking and use of photographs and audiovisual recordings from the Event for the purposes of its documentation and promotion.

9.3. The participant agrees to the publication of his/her name, vehicle photo and vehicle details on the website. www.cams.cz and in printed materials used to promote the Event.

10. Final provisions

10.1. By registering for the Event, the participant confirms that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she agrees with them.

10.2. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the participant and the Co-Organizers.

10.3. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 15 October 2025.
