General terms and conditions of participation in the event<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Organizer and co-organizer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event organizer is:
Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia, zs<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")

The event is co-organized by:
CAMS Racing sro<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the "Co-organizer")

The Organizer and the Co-Organizer together hereinafter referred to as the "Co-Organizers".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Introductory provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in connection with participation in the Concours d'Elegance Luha\u010dovice 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. By registering for the Event and paying the participation fee, a contractual relationship arises between the participant and the Co-Organizers, which includes these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Registration and participation fee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3.1. Registration for the Event takes place via an electronic form located on the Organizer's website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. The participation fee is payable by bank transfer to the Co-Organizer's account, no later than the deadline specified in the application confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.3. The application becomes effective only after the participation fee has been credited to the Co-Organizer's account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.4. The amount of the participation fee and the scope of services included in participation in the Event are listed on the Organizer's website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.5. The participation fee does not include accommodation, breakfast, dinner or parking of historic vehicles. These services must be ordered and paid for separately from the company. Spa Luhacovice as<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.6. The co-organizers reserve the right to reject an application if the vehicle does not correspond to the nature of the Event or for another serious reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

4.1. The Participant is entitled to cancel his\/her participation in the Event only in writing (by e-mail or letter delivered to the Organizer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2. P\u0159i zru\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti more than 60 days before the start of the Event<\/strong> vrac\u00ed Spolupo\u0159adatel\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi 90 % zaplacen\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastnick\u00e9ho poplatku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.3. P\u0159i zru\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 dn\u016f, ale nejpozd\u011bji 60 dn\u016f p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm Akce<\/strong> vrac\u00ed Spolupo\u0159adatel\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi 70 % zaplacen\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastnick\u00e9ho poplatku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.4. P\u0159i zru\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti v\u00edce ne\u017e 14 dn\u016f, ale nejpozd\u011bji 30 dn\u016f p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm Akce<\/strong> vrac\u00ed Spolupo\u0159adatel\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi 50 % zaplacen\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastnick\u00e9ho poplatku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.5. P\u0159i zru\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti less than 14 days before the start of the Event<\/strong> \u00fa\u010dastnick\u00fd poplatek propad\u00e1 ve prosp\u011bch Spolupo\u0159adatel\u016f a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk nem\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na jeho vr\u00e1cen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.6. In the event of cancellation of the Event by the Co-Organizers, the participant will be refunded 100 % of the paid participation fee. The participant is not entitled to compensation for other costs (accommodation, travel, meals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Conditions of participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
