Information on the processing and protection of personal data
The Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia, zs, Company ID: 023 682 69, is a legal entity established for the purpose of organizing sports and social events, exhibitions, races and competitions, organizing the sale and exchange of parts and components for historic vehicles, advertising and educational activities when organizing its own events, protecting historical documents and other publicly beneficial activities. The Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia, zs, processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR). The Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia, zs, is the controller of personal data.

Your personal data is collected and further processed, in particular, on the basis of a legal obligation, within which your identification, address and contact data are collected. In some cases, your personal data may be collected and further processed on the basis of your consent, which always expresses a free, specific, informed and unambiguous expression of your will to process your personal data for a given purpose and which always includes information about the possibility of withdrawing the consent at any time.
When processing your personal data, there is no automated decision-making on the basis of which actions or decisions would be made that would interfere with your rights or legitimate interests.
Your personal data are processed only for the necessary period, which is individual for each processing purpose. After this period, the personal data are destroyed or are further stored for the period specified in the valid Filing and Disposal Plan, issued in accordance with Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on Archiving and Filing Services.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct or delete it, or to restrict processing, to object to its processing, or to exercise the right to data portability and other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Your requests will always be properly assessed and settled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Regulation. If you do not agree with the settlement of your requests and requests, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
As part of the Brno Revival event organized by the Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia, zs, video and audio recordings will be made for the purpose of presenting the event organizer. The Czechoslovak Automobile Club for Moravia and Silesia, zs, is not responsible for recordings made and published by other entities.
