1931 Bugatti T44

The chassis was ordered on November 9, 1930 by the builder Ing. Václav |Klouček from Nová Paka. The „chassis“ was shipped in January 1931. Ing. Klouček took it over with a certificate on April 3, 1931. The invoice from Bucar Exportation as Zurich was 56,400 FRF, after the 30% discount the price was 39,480 FRF. In addition, a complete spare wheel for 480 FRF, a tachometer instead of a watch for 140 FRF and wing nuts for 94.50 FRF. The car was body-built by the Prague body shop Tomáš. Klouček was not satisfied with the small windows and had them enlarged at his „home“ body shop Brožík and Seidler in Nová Paka. The car then allegedly crashed and was repaired again at the Nová Paka body shop.
